Realisation in Oldenzaal
We thank ROSEN Europe B.V. for trusting us to carry out a comprehensive Energy Audit EED. This international Oldenzaal-based company provides inspection and integrity management products and services for a wide range of installations – including pipelines, tanks and ships.
Our cooperation has resulted in an energy-saving and sustainability roadmap for its headquarters in Oldenzaal. This is also excellent preparation for the European #CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive) that will be mandatory for large companies from this year.
It is good to see that their facility management has already realised many energy savings, such as applying LED lighting and clock controls on ventilation and air conditioning.
During the audit, we identified a broad package of additional energy-saving measures, which together have the potential to almost halve ROSEN Europe B.V.’s energy costs. This package of measures includes:
????❄️ **Optimisation of heating and cooling systems**: By applying heat pumps and automation, we can drastically reduce energy consumption without sacrificing comfort.
⚡️ **Saving energy in stealth consumption**: By looking critically at the consumption profile, we demonstrated the potential of saving on stealth consumption.
